The Residence at Sweetgrass

Our condo is less than 2 minute walk to the Ocean. We provide beach chairs towels and toys. On the way you will pass shops, poolside cafes, art gallery, ice cream, taco stand & bars. Two Tom Fazio designed golf courses, endless biking/walking trails, the Spa at Sweetgrass ( 14 treatment rooms, 2 private plunge pools, large private patio), fully equipped gym w/Peloton equipment, roof top bar. Many food options on grounds included coffee/b-fast shop, snacks, pizza and outdoor bars.

This condo can also function as a lock out unit. A lock out unit is when both bedrooms can be accessed from the hallway door with their own key for privacy.

Guest access
Guests check in at the Sweetgrass Hyatt Lobby. The condo is in building B behind the new Hyatt hotel.

Other things to note
Free Parking spot under building. Garage elevator to the rear will take you up to your condo on level 3.

Multiple on site restaurants offering everything from breakfast to dinner, roof top drinks, coffee shop, pizzeria,, ice cream shop, and poolside snacks and drinks

There are 2 general pools and 1 heated adult lap pool.
Towels are provided poolside
Beach Chairs for the ocean are stored at the condo, no rental needed
Bicycle and Tennis/ Pickleball Racket rental are steps away from the condo
Umbrellas are available for rental

Guest access
Guests check in at the Sweetgrass Inn Front Desk . Get your room keys there to check in. The condo is on the third floor in building B. Park in the garage and take the back elevator up to the third floor.
