The resort style backyard has a heatable pool & spa, an easy-to-use grill, a pavilion with couches, a gas fireplace and smart TV. The Cabana bar has a  mini refrigerator, ice maker, sink, Sonos Sound System and a Smart TV.  The plush professional landscaping makes the home feel tropical in the day and amazing at night when it is all lit up.  Walk 2 blocks to the breach inlet to watch the dolphins swim every day. The delicious restaurants of downtown Isle of Palms and Sullivan’s Island are both a 3-minute drive or a 15-minute walk! There’s so much to do in so little time that Carolina Sea Haven will have you yearning to plan your next trip the moment you leave!

-This is a Non-Smoking home. Smoking is NOT permitted. 
-This is a pet free home. Pets are NOT permitted. 
-There is an option to heat the pool & spa for an additional fee of $400 per week (June 1st-August 30th) and $800 per week (September 1st-May 31st). 
-Please contact the Property Manager to add Pool/Spa heat to your reservation. 
-This is an integrated spill over spa that runs on an on-demand timer system. When you decide to use the spa, turn it on 30 minutes prior to use to heat it up. The spa automatically turns off after 2 hours. It does not remain hot 24/7. Turn it back on for continued use.

***Ground Level Features: ***
-Garage area with outdoor shower, ½ bathroom, ping pong table, corn hole game and storage area for beach chairs, toys, etc. 
-Heatable private pool & Spa surrounded by tropical landscape and plenty of seating. Pool is heatable for an extra charge. See above for more information. 
-Pool depth goes from 3-5 ½ feet. Please bring your own life vests for small children. 
-Cabana bar that includes mini refrigerator, ice maker, sink and 50” Smart TV with Xfinity cable and Sonos sound system. 
-Outdoor living area with gas fireplace and a 50” Smart TV with Xfinity cable
-Coyote C-Series 36” Gas Grill with 4 cast high infinity burners 
-Small side yard where you can enjoy a game of corn hole. 

***First Floor Features:***
-4 bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom. 3 of the bedrooms have King size beds with attached bathrooms and Smart TV’s with Xfinity Cable. The 4th bedroom has 2 bunks beds with a full bathroom in the hallway. There is a partial ocean view from the master bedroom. Guest bedroom 2 overlooks the pool.  
-A stackable front-loading washer/dryer is located in the hallway.

-Side porch with 4 rocking chairs 

-Lending Library: The Lowcountry is home to many best-selling local authors who write about the area. You will find their books on a bookshelf in the downstairs hallway. You may borrow any of the books during your stay, but please return them before you leave for the next guest to enjoy. 

***Second Floor Features: ***
-The main living  space is on the 2nd floor and features an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, partial ocean views, and lots of windows to let in the sunlight! 
-The huge kitchen and has a plenty of room for entertaining and includes 2 dishwashers, 2 sinks and walk in pantry! The kitchen island has seating for 4 and the dining table has seating for 8. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook family meals including a crockpot, air fryer, toaster oven, large roasting pan and an electric roaster for those Thanksgiving turkeys or Easter hams! 
-The living room has a large sectional sofa, 2 swivel chairs and a Smart TV with Xfinity cable. 
-The sitting room features 2 rocking swivel chairs and a love seat with ottoman. 
-The front balcony features an outdoor living room with comfortable seating for 8 where you can listen to ocean waves and enjoy the ocean views while catching up with your friends and family.  
-The back balcony overlooks the pool and has a table with seating for 4. 
-Half bathroom lined with cute hammock wallpaper
-In the closet by the half bath you will find some board games and decks of cards that you may use during your stay. There are also extra blankets, iron/ironing board, step stool, and a broom/dust pan. 

***Beach and Beach Equipment:***
-The beach is a quick 1-minute walk/100 steps away. During low tide there are tide pools that the kids love to play in! 
-Beach towels are provided for your convenience. They are located in deck box in the garage. 
-Typically, there is beach equipment (chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc.) available in the garage area. However, often times they may not be returned by previous guests so we cannot guarantee what beach supplies will be there. There are local rental companies that rent beach items.  Isle of Palms Beach Chair Rentals will deliver beach chairs/umbrellas and set them up on the beach for you. They also rent body boards, surf boards, paddle boards, beach carts and bicycles. 
-2 blocks to your South is Breach Inlet where the dolphins like to swim. Please note: it is not safe to swim in this area due to high currents. 
-If you walk South down Charleston Blvd and turn left at Palm Blvd to the bridge that connects IOP to Sullivan’s Island, you will see amazing sunsets over Hamlin Creek. Lots of dolphins swim here as well. The Boathouse at Breach Inlet Restaurant is also right here. You can also enjoy a glass of wine from their outdoor bar while watching the sunset. 

***Supplies:***
-All bed linens, bath towels and kitchen towels are provided for your convenience. 
-A starter set of bath soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and laundry detergent are provided. 
-I try to keep some extra refills under each of the bathroom sinks and kitchen sink. However, these extra refills cannot be guaranteed. 
-Hair dryers are provided in each of the bathrooms under the sink. 
-Luggage racks and extra blankets are in each of the bedroom closets.

***Other Things to Note:***
-Before your arrival, you will receive a Welcome Letter that includes more information on the house and pool. The welcome letter also includes information on local restaurants, things to do and rental companies for boats, paddle boards, golf carts, bikes, beach chairs, etc. 
-A few days before your arrival, you will receive the codes to the doors. 
-We are a mile from the downtown Isle of Palms area where you will find restaurants,  souvenir shops and a Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream stand. The Windjammer beach bar offers nightly entertainment and concerts. 
-Harris Teeter grocery store is 1 ½ miles away. 
-The Isle of Palms Rec Center is 2 ½ miles away and they have tennis courts, basketball courts, a play area and a fitness center which is open to the public. 

***Things to do on the Isle of Palms:***
-Rent bikes, boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, jet skis, paddle boards, kayaks, boats and golf carts. 
-Take surfing or wind surfing lessons
-Go fishing, crabbing or shrimping 
-Take a sunset dolphin cruise or a boat tour to Capers island with Barrier Island Eco Tours. 
-Golf at one of the Isle of Palms golf courses. 

***Things to do in the area:** *
-Sullivan’s Island is 3 minutes to your South. Here you can enjoy more restaurants, shops, ice cream and you can visit Ft. Moultrie. 
-Shem Creek is a 10-minute drive where you can dine at one of the many restaurants, see the shrimp boats or view the sunset from the boardwalk. 
-Just a 20-minute drive to historic downtown Charleston where you can enjoy many restaurants, historic tours, ghost tours, carriage rides, harbor tours, historic home tours, upscale shopping on King Street and shopping at the city markets with over 300 local vendors. Make sure to check out Ft. Sumter, Waterfront Park, Rainbow Row, the Battery and White Pointe Gardens. 
-We are close to the Yorktown WWII destroyer, Boone Hall Plantation, Magnolia Gardens, South Carolina Aquarium, and Morris Island Lighthouse just to name a few things. 
-3 miles away is Mount Pleasant Towne Center with over 65 stores and restaurants.
