New Renovation - Heatable Pool/Spa - Walk to Beach

Under the Palms is a beautifully renovated island home on a quiet street with a large lot. There is a new luxurious pool and hot tub for your enjoyment (pool/spa heating is extra fee, see below). It is a short walk or golf cart ride( Limo cart available for a $300 fee) to a pristine beach. The house is two streets over from the Isle of Palms Recreation Department, which includes a large playground, as well as basketball and tennis courts. Downtown Isle of Palms and a grocery store are a quick three minute drive. The IOP Marina is just 10 blocks away!

- Beach is a five minute walk or quick golf cart ride.
- Beach towels are provided for your convenience.
- Beach equipment (chairs, umbrellas, tent, toys, etc.) available in the garage area but cannot be guaranteed.

- All bed linens, bath towels and kitchen towels are provided for your convenience.
- Starter set of bath soaps, toilet paper, paper towels and dish soap are provided.
- Luggage racks and extra blankets are provided.
